A Toolkit to Imagine the Symbiocene

The agricultural trailer functions as a mobile educational and installation space.  Using the trailer as a cultural/pedagogical device also references broader discourses of capital. The toolkit and tools aim to invite participants to imagine ecological ways of being in the world, which acknowledges our interconnectedness, promotes ‘empathic imagination’ (Gablik) and foregrounds kinship. The intention of the toolkit is to expand the concept of the revival of individual competence as a social force orientated towards an environmentally sustainable way of living.

The toolkit includes a mobile pedagogical unit, story cubes, the first book of exercises to image the Symbiocene and art packs.
